In the "on the list" page, this site asks for suggestions.

How about the FVSS J-22?

A Swedish fighter developed towards the middle of the war.
No one would send Sweden fighters, so they designed one, which looks a bit like a cross between a Japanese "Oscar" and an FW-190.
Metal framed but laminated wood skin.
Powered by a 1065HP version of the P&W Twin Wasp (R-1830), it had good performance and manuverability.
There were two versions - J-22A, which used 4 .303 cal, guns in the wings and the more numerous J-22B, which had those guns replaced with 4 13.2MM guns, for better punch.

Would be a nice inclusion here.

The Su-37 first flew at April 2nd, 1996, why do you put it in the 2000 + part of the site?

Moderator-Comment: Yes, some. But I don't want my site to be totally loaded by annoying pop-up advertisement. If you can provide some neat advertisement banners/text which will not cover half the page, and are relevant to the site, we should definitely talk. Please (if possible) use the email button on the left to sent me a mail.

hi I was just wondering when the united states military will replace the longstanding f-15 and I know about the f22 but I think that they need something a little cheaper.

Moderator-Comment: Correct, for the air dominance role of the F-15 the will replace it by the F-22, for other functions they will be replaced by the JSF (F-35), just like the F16 has this role now.

Hi great site.Nearly everyone thinks the Vulcan was the greatest V bomber but in fact the Victor was. I saw it several times in the 60's at Farnborough and witnessed it going vertical and looping the loop! It had the greatest payload of all the V bombers and could go supersonic.I think it was one of the sleekest large planes ever built. It also had terrific visibility from the streamlined cockpit.

I like the site. lots of good information. I was wondering if you could add a link to our site about future military technology and aviation at http://www.futurefirepower.com . we added a link back to your site on our directory at futurefirepower.com/directory.

Keep up the good work. Also I think you may have a problem with the email link.

Thanks again.

Wow, having lived in Nigeria recently, I wa shocked to find out that Nigeria bought a MiG.

Weren't they part of the Western block during the Cold War?

Moderator-Comment: You mean Nigeria?. No, of course not. Cold war was an "invention" from the USSR and USA/Europe.

How about the P-61 Blackwidow? Any plans to add to the list? Also, EA-18 Growler update. That baby is flying, though not operational

Moderator-Comment: I will add some Growler data to the Super Hornet info file in the next update. I have to think about the BlackWidow a bit. Thanks for the suggestions!.

hi! can mig 21 launch on an aircraft carrier?

Moderator-Comment: Only once. It probably has enough power to take off from an aircraft carrier, but it can never land on it.
